Nano Electro Project

The Power of nano Technology

Graduation project 2023 from nano Electro team at delta higher institute for engineering and technology.
A/D and D/A Converter Realization using the Single Electron Transistor.

Reduce The Electronic Chips

Why need to Reduce it ?

More Chips in the same place

Less Power Used

More Gain

Low Cost

Computer History

The computer began in 1942 when the Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer 1942 was built (c) It would have contained 18,000 Amplefires and was the size of an entire room. Also, the first storage disk in the world, which was invented by IBM in 1956, was of a large size that required a car to transport it and cost a lot to transport it, and its capacity was only 3.75 MB.

Now, thanks to development and miniaturization, and thanks to nanotechnology, everyone has computers in his pocket only, with much greater power than the power of the largest computer, with thousands of times the storage space.

Nanotechnology is the technology for designing, fabricating, and applying ”nanometer-scale systems ”.

Moore’s Law

Moore’s Law (the number of components per chip doubles every 18 months), It is expected to double until it reaches the size of one to 1 nm in 2030.
